It is located in a territory of high potential for industrial and comercial development of Gran Canaria Island in the municipality of Agüimes, only 25 km from the capital of the island-Las Palmas de Gran Canaria y Puerto de la Luz y de Las Palmas-, 8 km from the International Airport and 22 km from the touristic zone in the south. Its surface extends to 6 million square meters and is divided into five phases.Through its size it is the principal industrial zone of the Canary Islands and among the top in Spain .
With a practically flat landscape, it extends from the coast until the first foothills. Its length reaches 8 kilometers and its width is about 2km. It has important communications at its disposal like an own port and direct access to the motorway GC-1, which is also crossed by two other motorways, the C- 812 in north south direction which connects Las Palmas and Mogán and the C- 815 in east west direction which connects Arinaga and Agüimes.
