Haricana is the leading flour company of the archipelago, and more than 50 years of existence stand for its career in the bakery, pastry and hotel sectors of Gran Canaria Island. Its origin in the unification of the flour sector on the island permitted the concentration of production and its modernization and today it has as its disposal a plant beeing the vanguard of technology at European levels. We own an infrastructure of silos at the port, where we have stored a “strategic” stock of wheat, which survives three month of consume, a pilot plant of bakery where we reproduce the different processes and verify the real reaction of the products that enter the market. Just as well, we work with a trategy that advertises the quality of our products, the competitiveness in prices, the design of an optimal cost structure, and the best service as its best defense weapons.

Furthermore, a very professional staff and the total dedication to the necessities of their customers, proved by the companies SSP and CSR, complete the scheme of a solid company that it has always been.
