The following legal note controls the use of the internet portal provided to the users of the internet by Harinera Canaria S.A.It was worked out according to the statutory law 15/99 of December 13th of personal data protection and according to law 34/2002 of July 11th concerning services of the society of information and e-business.

The access to the website is free, except for the cost of the connection via the network of the provider the user has hired. Particular services are exclusive for our customers and access is restricted. The services offered by Harinera Canaria S.A., of general character, have the price indicated in the corresponding price recommendation, and are not, under no circumstances are offered via the services of the portal.

The use of the portal attributes to the user condition of the portal and implies the agreement to all the conditions contained in this legal note. The offering of services within the portal have a duration limited to the moment when a user is connected to the portal or to one of the services provided by it. Therefore, the user has to read carefully the present legal note in every single occasion of visiting the portal, because the portal itself and its usage conditions collected in the present legal note may be modified.

Without restrictions of what is stated in our privacy policy, the use of certain services or requests directed to Harinera Canaria S.A. are binding to the previous agreement to the corresponding registration of users.

Harinera Canaria S.A does not commit to the correctness, exactness, and topicality of the information supplied on its website. Harinera Canaria S.A is neither responsible for decisions derived from the information supplied via the web portal, nor for damages or restrictions caused to the user originating from acts that base on the information received from the portal, assuming that those information is of general character and do not contain the providing of no professional service, by which the given information resukts insufficient for professional or entrepreneurial decisions of the user.

The access to the portal does not imply the obligation of Harinera Canaria S.A to control the absence of viruses or any other noxious informatical element, leaving it to the user to have the appropriate protection programs for the detection and desinfection of noxious programs at his disposal. Harinera Canaria S.A is not responsible for damages or restrictions which are caused by errors or interruptions of the telecommunication network that produce the suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the service of the portal during the providing of the same, or retrospectively or afterwards.

In case the user or any other user of the internet is cognicient of any of the linking sites going back to websites that contain contents or services beeing illicit, noxious, humilliating, violent or contrary to the moral can contact Harinera Canaria S.A indicating the following details: Name, address, phone number and e-mail adress.
Description of the facts that reveal the illicit or inadequate character of the linking site.
In suspicion of violation of rights, of intellectual or industrial property, the personal data of the owners of the infringed right, if deferring from the communicating person. Furthermore the evidence confirming the authorization of the owner of rights and, in his case, the evidence of representing to act in the name of the owner if it is another person than the one communicating.
The reception of the communication in this occasion by Harinera Canaria S.A does not imply, according to what stated in the LSSI, the effective knowledge of the activities or contents indicated by the person communicating.

Legislation

The present legal note complies in every single of his points to the Spanish law and every controverse derived from the same will be resolved by the Judges and Tribunes of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
